- Q: Are my completed continuing education hours reported to my state licensing board(s) and/or professional organizations?
A: We report all completed continuing education hours to the state licensing/certification boards and professional organizations which require us do so.
- Q: Can I print my online course?
A: Yes. Most courses are available in an easy-to-print PDF Format. When you click on a course title from your My Courses page, it will list a PDF icon next to each lesson. If you click this icon it will generate a PDF which you may then print directly from your browser, or which you may save to your computer. Please note that due to the size of some of our courses, the PDF file may take time to generate. The PDF option is not recommended for users on dial-ups. Also, please be aware that your time spent in a PDF document is not counted towards your total course time.
- Q: Do I have to be online the entire time to take course or quiz?
A: Some state licensing boards require you remain online the entire time to earn continuing education credit. Please check your state licensing board requirements to determine if this requirement applies to you. If your state licensing board does not require you to remain online, you may print the PDF and test, read and answer them off-line, and then return to your My Courses tab to input your test answers and score the test.
- Q: Do you report Learning Units directly to the AIA for AIA members?
A: Yes, the school is an AIA/CES Registered Provider and reports hours completed by AIA members (who supply us with their AIA Member Number) on a weekly schedule.

You will need Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher to open the PDF file. You may print the certificate directly from your browser or save it to your computer.
